MAKITA DHG181ZJ 18v LXT Heat Gun BODY + Makpac

The Makita DHG181ZJ is equipped with a trigger switch with lock-on button and lock-off lever, anti-restart function to minimise motor start-up when the battery is inserted with the switch locked on, overload protection (fuse), an LED job light with after-glow function to illuminate the work area and adjustment function of air temperature and volume.

The DHG181Z features 2 stage air volume settings; the air volume is switchable by sliding the air volume switch to position 1 for 120 litres per minute or position 2 for 200 litres per minute and air temperature adjustment dial; it has stepless adjustment for setting to a suitable temperature for the application. DHG181Z is also equipped with a tool-less nozzle change; quick release mechanism for easy nozzle replacement. The nozzle can be removed without touching the hot metal simply by turning the plastic ring. The DHG181Z is compatible with current nozzles for the Makita mains machines (sold separately) for increased versatility, including the reduction nozzle suitable for welding the sheet from the surface of the sheet, reflector nozzle for bending plastic tubing, wide slot nozzle for shrink wrapping, glass protection nozzle for drying/softening putty whilst protecting the glass, overlap welding nozzle (slot top) for welding the sheet from the bottom of the sheet, solder sleeves reflector for shrinking tube and welding nozzle (round top).
