Customer Service Advisor

Born from a solid foundation of 60 years in the power tool industry, our newest venture at ToolStore UK is our online platform to serve the widest possible reach of customers.

We are exceptionally proud of our team here at ToolStore UK; their product and industry knowledge as well as their equally committed approach to customer service, has ensured that we can continually meet our customers’ requirements and has played a vital role in the growth and expansion of the company itself.

We are now looking for a driven individual with experience in the customer services sector to join our amazing team. Ideally, you will have skills and attributes inclusive of; a patient manner, keen eye for detail, a methodical and inquisitive approach from start to finish no matter what the challenge or task and a proficient understanding of Gmail and the Microsoft Office suites. We are looking for someone who shares our EPIC values of Excellence, Professionalism, Investing in Developing and Communication.

This role is based in our Wigan office, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm and is a key role in ensuring the TSUK mark of excellence is adhered to and our customers receive only the best possible service. Warehouse Operative

We are now looking for a driven individual with experience and logistical understanding of daily operations within a warehousing environment to join our dynamic Warehouse team. Ideally, you will have skills and attributes inclusive of; an energetic and enthusiastic manner, keen eye for detail, a willingness to learn and see a task through from start to finish no matter what the challenge, a good understanding of IT and an appreciation for teamwork. We are looking for someone who shares our EPIC values of Excellence, Professionalism, Investing in Developing and Communication.

This role is based at our Wigan site, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm and is a key role in ensuring the TSUK mark of excellence is adhered to and our customers receive their products in perfect condition, first time and on time.
