Product Overview

The MATCHFIT Dovetail Router Bit streamlines the MATCHFIT system. It cuts clean dovetail grooves with minimal sanding thanks to its unique design. This design incorporates a standard 14°, 1/2" profile with rounded corners. A down-shear angle efficiently removes chips, minimizing friction and heat for cleaner cuts. The bit features strategically placed round-overs. The bottom round-over strengthens the groove, especially in plywood, while the top round-over reduces sanding and provides some tolerance for depth adjustments.
