The 9032 Filing Sander has a powerful 500 watt motor, with variable speed control to match the speed to the application and constant speed control to apply additional power to the motor to maintain constant speed under load, to deliver up to 1,700 metres per minute. This Filing Sander enables filing and sanding in awkward and confined areas, replacing the need to manual work. Various sanding arms and sanding belt widths, 6mm, 9mm and 13mm are available (not included) to assure a wider range of sanding and filing applications.

Once you know what kind of machine you need, what features should you be looking out for? One key feature is the tool’s No Load Speed; this tells you how fast it operates and is usually measured in revolutions per minute (RPM). Think about the kind of work you’ll be doing; a lower RPM rate gives you more control over the end result but can mean tasks take longer. You’ll also want to check how the paper is attached to the tool as “quick fit” attachments will generally make life easier. Finally, check whether a dust collection system is part of the sander, as this kind of work can generate a lot of debris.
