"The inside knee cups are too large at 13.5cm dia, my knee is average mens 11 cm wide. Results in too much movement so straps have to be tightened to max to stabilise while kneeling. This causes excessive pressure on mid shin due to the pointless lower projection on the rubber shell pushing in. The edges of the inside thigh strap Velcro pads dig in causing bruising. The cushioning in the cup is excellent, shame whoever designed the rest didn't trail it on some medium build 84kg workmen before marketing. The inside raised plastic pivots keep catching each other in use which is irritating, they should have been done shaped. I will do this in time. I could not get a refund, so I use thick lino patches inside the inside thigh straps and carpet underlay under the bottom edge of shell. Ground down the lower shell projection to square it off. Now they are comfortable enough to use for 5 hours as opposed to 3."
