Product Overview

The Makita DGA519 features the X-Lock mechanism, which allows the installation and removal of grinding discs without tools. With X-Lock, one click is all you need. Insert the wheel into the X-Lock bracket and press it into place. To replace the wheel, simply pull the lever and remove it. The X-Lock allows you to change wheels quickly and easily, without the need for a key and even when wearing gloves.

The Makita DGA519Z delivers up to 8,500 rpm for faster stock removal. The DGA519Z is equipped with a safety paddle type switch, An electric brake for increased operator safety, a side grip that conveniently installs on either side of the Angle Grinder, anti-restart function for increased operator safety to prevent the motor starting up when the battery is loaded with the switch locked on and removable dust covers.

This is a Makita Body Only tool and is supplied without a battery and charger.
