The Hikoki G12STX/G23ST Twin Pack contains a 11 5mm G12STX Mini Angle Grinder and a 230 mm G23ST Grinder. The G12STX Mini Angle Grinder has a powerful motor with excellent overload durability and a top mounted on/off switch. With a no voltage restart protection feature that prevents the tool from restarting after the power has been temporarily cut off during operation. Ideal for a multitude of applications including removal of castings and finishing of various types of steel, bronze and aluminium materials etc.
The G23ST Grinder has halved stator coils for excellent cooling efficiency, which also increases motor durability. It has a 3-position side handle and a spindle lock for increased safety. Labyrinth construction, further prolongs the tools life, as the motor is protected from dust and debris. The stator core has been downsized by 6 mm in diameter to reduce the overall weight. This results in an increase in maximum power output per unit mass (This Grinder does NOT include a disc and has no plug fitted to the power cord).

FAQs
There’s plenty to think about when choosing an Angle Grinder. The first factor is the disc diameter; larger discs can make deeper cuts.
Then consider how much power you might need. Higher wattage tools provide more power and can therefore cut denser material. Then think about speed; some grinders operate at fixed speed and others have variable speed control. Being able to vary the working speed of your grinder enables you to carry out more delicate work.
Another factor is whether the tool is equipped with safety features, such as a Paddle Switch and Soft Start.
That depends entirely on the power available where your tool will be used. The ToolStore UK range includes both 110v and 240v options.
