Product Overview
DeWalt EXTREME Universal Abrasive Mesh 1/4 Sheet provide up to four times the durability compared to standard coated abrasives, and up to a 25% improvement in surface finish. They are ideal for wood, metal, paint, plaster and varnished surfaces.

- Fibres are drawn away from the surface into the small holes, and don't sit between the material to be sanded and the abrasive grains
- Dust can be drawn through the mesh sanding sheet across a wider area rather than being limited to distinct holes
- The mesh sheets can be easily cleaned and reused by removing the dust from the wholes
- Makes using the sander quicker and easier by not having to use clip fastening associated with non hook and loop sheets

The first thing to check is the dimensions of the Sanding Sheets, as you’ll need something that fits your tool.
Then, check the abrasion; you can identify this from the Grit Size, which can range from 40 to 240 with the numbers denoting whether the disc provides a coarse grit (low numbers), or an extra fine grit (high numbers).
It’s always worth considering whether the Sanding Sheets you’re considering buying are suitable for sanding the surfaces you’ll be working with.
